Constance Bass
Executive Director
Constance Jones has spent over the last 30 years in the field of communications and Social Services. Constance has been a pioneer in the arenas of the LGBTQIA+, minority, women's empowerment, and has dedicated her life's work to the marginalized of society. Constance a mother, and grandmother understands the needs of what makes humanity the key to providing endless opportunities; for those who otherwise may have not been given that opportunity. Constance well be tasked with leading Templar's employees, volunteers, and stakeholders in achieving the mission of our foundation. The Templar Foundation Welcomes Constance as our Executive Director!
Elizabeth Newman
Director of Programs
Elizabeth has spent the last 12 years in case management, and program development. Elizabeth a New England girl loves to spend time in outdoors such as (hiking, swimming, and camping just to name a few). The Templar Foundation Welcomes Elizabeth!
Demtrius Jones
Director of Operations
Demetrius has made it his mission as a community organizer, and an advocate for the disenfranchised and marginalized. Demtrius comes to the Templar Foundation with over 20 years of experience in the world of community and Social engagement. The Templar Foundation welcomes Demtrius !

Francis Titus
Francis Titus, is the President of The Templar Foundation. Francis has spent most of his life in the business of social work and advocacy. Prior to Templar, Francis has spent time in the state legislature as a policy director and in various non-profit organizations. Francis wants Templar to be that catalyst between social injustice and social reform; and operates on the foundational principal of "Where Humanity Meets"
Honorable T. Nunley
Retired Judge Troy Nunley, has been a integral part of the Templar Foundation's creation. Judge Nunley is a Templar Board Member and head of Templar's Legal operations. His honor believes that using the Law is the most powerful part of our democracy; whether you are rich or poor the "Law is the Law". Templar is grateful to have his honor as part of the team.
Dr. Jessica Smith
Templar received a blessing when Dr. Jessica joined forces as a founding member of the Templar Foundation into what it is today. Dr. Smith comes from the world of Entertainment Management and Finance. Dr. Smith has a passion to provide resources to those who society easily forgets. With Dr. Smith's commitment, Templar and it's financial partners continue to reach the moon.
